The Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any and all water used for cooking or consumption. There are two NON-FUNCTIONING Fireplaces, that are cosmetic only. Tenant could use candles or electric logs only. The kitchen is open and on either side, there is both an eating area and a separate dining room overlooking the deck and backyard areas. Only a dishwasher and above the range microwave are provided for tenant's use. TENANT MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN REFRIGERATOR AND STOVE. There is to be absolutely NO: hunting, fishing, atv's, motorcycles, go carts, etc. NO: campers, rv's, boats, trailers, utility or construction type equipment, trucks (other than pickup trucks). The home and yard areas immediately surrounding the home are the only property included with the rent.
